At UPCYCLD.ART Studio, I create Upcycled Functional Art that is handpainted with my own handmade natural pigments (and not commercially produced chalk paint). Every piece of furniture or decor that I create and upcycle, are made from discarded wooden items, and are designed to be both stylish and functional. I aim to reduce waste material discarded by the furniture manufacturing units and decrease the demand for new wooden items. I also work at saving trees from deforestation through my artwork.

ABOUT ME
Hello, I am Molly, the eco-artist behind the Functional Art made by UPCYCLD.ART Studio. And tenacity is my superpower. After college (with a degree in Fine Arts) and a long stint in the Design & Advertising industry, I decided to chase my dreams rather than somebody else’s. Out of this dream was born – UPCYCLD.ART
UPCYCLD.ART started as a creative outlet to my strong love of art, sustainability and minimalism. So it seemed like a natural fit to combine all of these things into an artistic endeavour that supports my mission: to reduce demand for new wooden items by creating Upcycled Functional Art for decor, thus save trees by reducing deforestation. I also donate one sapling for each artwork sold.
I love creating functional pieces that are stylish, unique and filled with stories. My aim is to spread awareness about global warming through my artwork and encourage people to repurpose discarded wooden items by reusing them in their homes as creative upcycled furniture.
