This piece is a small upcycled wooden desk lamp made from reclaimed wood. The wood was sourced from discarded material and shaped by hand, keeping its original grain, texture, and imperfections intact. No attempt has been made to erase signs of age or previous use.
The Arch | Upcycled Desk Lamp can be used for light on a study desk, or simply as a deco item. It can also exist on its own as a quiet surface, allowing the material itself to be the focus.
The wood has been cleaned, repaired where necessary, and finished using non-toxic, natural pigments and oils.
The process is intentionally slow. Each piece is worked on individually, allowing the material to guide the final form rather than forcing uniformity or perfection.
This object carries marks from its previous life.
